.TSCN file loading error

in project when i run the game on engine my pc suddenly crash and after restart it when i re run the .TSCN file an error occured called = error while loading main.tscn file. and it happen with all the .tscn file in that project. when i open the .tscn file with notepad in the file explorer the notepad file is empty. all the .gd files are normal and good. but the .tscn files data are missing .
is there any solution i can return my file.
when i open my notepad no data is there only non-visible spaces. i check the other notepad files whch are normal only these .tscn files are like this. please help
