is it possible to check for player collsions with a navigation regiomn 3D

I'm currently creating a a 3D fps godot game but facing a huge problem the map I created in blender was imported without collsions , the map has a navigation region 3D baked into it for enemies is there a way to check if the player is colliding / in the navigation region if he exits teleport him back to a marker located in the map
