@saptak-bhattacharyya Hey, if you are new to Godot, you may want to watch some beginner tutorials on YouTube first. At least that is what I did when I first learned Godot. Godot supports many coding languages, but I suggest you learn gdscript, which is very suitable for beginners since it’s based on Python. I can’t teach you in real-time, but if you struggle with bugs or anything while coding, simply post your problem on this site and I or somebody else will help you as quickly as possible. You may want to start first with some basic platform game. It may get a little bit boring at first, but when you understand the basic you will soon be able to make other kind of games like visual novel, top-down, etc. Just be patient a little bit and you will soon master it.

Godot is still new but that doesn't mean you can't make a hit game with it. Game like Brotato is still very popular on steam and it was made with Godot. Of course it's still up to your skills to make a good game. I believe Godot is still a very good engine, even if it's young or lack of award winning video games.
Obviously it's my opinion only. Maybe other people have different ideas, I don't know.

Oppenheimer is a great movie, but the ending didn’t satisfy me enough.
Wait, do I need to be 18 to watch it?Well, anyway...Hello, my name is Jelly the Fish, but you can call me Jellyfish.
I’m 17 years old and from southern Vietnam (gonna turn 18 in the next few months). I’m a hobby game developer, professional pixel artist, and professional translator for SCP VN wiki and manga translator for Meow team (English to Vietnamese). I’m also a technical staff member for SCP VN wiki and SCP EN wiki, and a writer for SCP VN wiki (Vietnamese). In addition, I’m an amateur voice actor.
I first learned about game development from my classmate and discovered my passion for it in grade 11. At first, I was scared of coding, so I used engines like RPG Maker to make simple games without programming knowledge. However, after a few weeks, I realized that there was nothing I could do to avoid coding if I wanted to make a good game. So, I chose Godot game engine and have been using it ever since.
I recently graduated from high school and currently working unpaid as a freelancer (I need to be 18 in order to have a bank account). During my time in high school, I made several small video games and many unfinished projects. I also made many overseas friends and gained great experience.
Lately, I’ve been busy working in many positions, but that doesn’t mean I can’t spend 15 to 30 minutes a day helping beginners. It has been a month since I last used Godot, and it saddens me because Godot 4 has so many cool new features. By helping beginners on their game development journey, I hope to renew my outdated knowledge and once again be able to make video games. Of course, I would also love to make new friends, so please feel free to reply to my post even if you just want to say hi. Don’t worry; I won’t sting you! (maybe).
You watched Oppenheimer? Me too! We should be friends!

How viable is Godot Engine for larger projects?
