Wow, QBasic! I think Godot is a great engine to learn with. The official docs will help out a lot, and like you mentioned, video tutorials are a great resource.

@altria Those were the days. The only thing my PC could run was flash games, and I remember I had to right click and reduce the "quality" to make it feel responsive haha.

I'm sure you'll reach that goal. I have a lot of respect for all contributors, the community benefits from every bit of the work. As for the tumbleweed, I hope you see plenty of activity soon. Creating a new community is tough because the lack of users makes people hesitate to sign up, and to fix that you need people to sign up. Best of luck!

Hi, I'm Kago. I've been using Godot Engine for a few years or so now. I've been interested in developing video games for most of my life. I've been mostly absent from the Godot community, so when I saw this place I thought maybe I should participate.

It's clear that sep cares about the engine and the community, so I hope this place has plenty of users in the future. I'll try to make a decent contribution. Have a good day

I've been playing a bit of the premium version of Dwarf Fortress. They did a great job, the art and audio are wonderful.
